Brush and spray-rinse hoses to reach her hoss-ass, maybe an industrial strength hair-dryer hose to dry off, and since the drain has to be big enough to take a cent-sized wash off of mud from winter runs, it should cope with doubling as a standing toilet.
A standing shit would drop into the drain, standing pissing would probably hit the wall so it would need to be tiled and washed down with the shower hose anyway.
