Don't do it. You'll use way too many repair teams. I used the top fleet for TP bar and bottom fleet for health bar and cleared whole thing in 31 runs + 6 for debuffing. 37 total. You need Kawakaze for drum holding if you're in TP bar and for double attack which is reasonably strong for the health bar.
