I think it's associating ultra-feminine and particularly fertile physiques with death results in an intense contrast. Huge breasts, shapely thighs, good for breeding.. but dead.

Steal one infant from somewhere to raise, then realize that taking care of children is time-consuming and your undead servants and mad assistants are not really good at it either. So turn her into a lich too, that was the goal all along anyway, evenough it was supposed to be done further down the road.
