This isn't to say that all lolis are like that of course but I've noticed that most 2d lolicons don't like short tube lolis except that they want to hug them. Look at the artwork of Yug, it's not as easy to sexualize them because they look more like natural children. Our natural instinct is PROTECTION not sexualization. Most 2d lolicons just want to reach out and cuddle with something so cute, they don't really want to bone them.

Can we sexualize them? Sure, but it's not as easy to break out of that protection instinct and mostly what we'd sexualize them for is because it's WRONG. Then we're just wanting to do something because it's bad, like breaking the speed limit for the thrill.
