Sorry to come busting in here but, I have some questions for you serious Mahjong players.

1. I'm a little confused about the "Atozuke" rule. Does it mean "No 1-yaku requirement" or something else? Another definition I remember states that you could declare Ron only if that tile would get you a yaku, but I thought that rule was always in effect. Are they two completely different rules or just two ways of looking at the same rule?
2. When counting "fu", if your hand was revealed would you add up your melds as if all of them were revealed?
3. What's the deal with the one of circles? Its always in dramatic shots in Akagi and Saki. Is it symbolic of something?
4. After 8 consecutive wins by East, would East get just a yakuman every hand or a yakuman in addition to his score?
5. If the final match ends in a draw, who gets the Reach sticks and dealer counters that were still on the table?
