Everything has come full cycle.

Even the most horrific and ironic jokes of the past are now faced as a hard reality. This state of affairs has left the newposters of today to face a board based on the speculative horrors of the past.

I feel so out of touch that I don't even know what the equivalent set of terrors would be for the modern users. Reddit, I guess? Facebook integration? Live chat attached to every board utilizing skype mass-webcam chat?

You can't get away from these people. They are "/jp/". A simple look throughout the board and it's content and user base (4 years ago, 2 years ago, now) gives all the proof needed.

The more people you add to a guild, the louder and harder to control it gets, this is an obvious outcome. Beyond that, people are more accountable for their actions in smaller groups or if they are trying to lead something. Hotglue has always been "the large /jp/ guild", if you want a smaller guild with more moderation, then say that's what you want.

Just don't say "I want to play with the real /jp/". There is no such thing.
