That she didn't have the energy to keep up with making constant lore videos and instead wanted to do something she legitimately considers fun after getting in over her head with a concept she can't fully explore? Christ, it's like you dolts think everyone can just come up with a lore video with a snap of their fingers. Even Karte's lore streams were just zatsudans with a 30 second clip at the end. And speaking of Karte, she already brought up several times that between the massive popularity and running out of idea's she deemed good (which is a massive issue for these creative types as has been talked about both by people inside the scene and basically every artist you've ever jerked off to, self esteem and self-doubt) led to her slowing down before eventually quitting and then coming back spamming my twitter feed like a teenage girl on summer break.
And it's not like Tsugu's still popular either, her views dropped hard sometime around or after the crowdfund so no idea what the original anons on about either. You could say "it's because of the game streams" or "focus shifting" but the matter of the fact was she was always a by literal definition a meme that was never going to last long enough due to the sheer nature of the videos being consistently short and consistently infrequent, and depending on who you asked dropping in quality too. If it were a matter of the scene shifting and her popularity was only because of that, then Pixelko or Eve or the countless other lore-heavy/SCPchuubas would be a household name too. Meanwhile I can't even remember the third person I was thinking of because they also faded into relative obscurity like the dozens of others.
