I am a person who would like to import outside Japanese goods, such as figurines, doujins, collectibles, (mostly Touhou stuff probably) from Japan.

Why are you trying to reconcile a hobby or area of interest with your political/philosophical ideals? Especially one as apolitical as this.

If your personal interpretation of anarchy doesn't allow for the production and consumption of goods by people who want them, then your worldview sucks and you're probably a college freshman.

Again, the staunchly apolitical nature of anime and related goods pretty much refutes this. The argument that pleasures are just distractions given to us by our robber baron overlords is ridiculous. Should we shun things like music or television and focus solely on antiquated social struggles like class warfare? Is all recreation just meant to keep us fat and happy while preventing us from asking "why"?

The fact that you have a wild amount of freedom regarding the goods you consume in basically every area other than food is very strong evidence that you consume goods based on who you are; not that you are defined by the goods you consume.
