Jeebus daist I feel bad for Miss Haruna. Nevertheless she's the one who is holding the last flames of Bushido Team Spirit, tempering the new gens and most critically, the 19th gen. Who would have thought Miss Haruna, the lone lioness, would be the one who would help develop lightning rods to the new recruits.

wotas used to say, almost ridicule, that T8 weren't really part of AKB48, I can sense their fear, they feel the new threatened the old

IDIOTS YOU LET THEM TO OUT ON THE STORM BY THEMSELVES WITH NO LIGHTNING ROD

(Nevertheless, Team 8 learned to eat lighting and poop thunder!)

This time we will do it right, like what the critic in Ratatouille said, "there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the *new*".

Let them grow and find their own strengths and evolve from their weakness.

This is why I recommend they produce a show based on members becoming mentors of these recruits (AKS might have already finalized the line-up, so audience participation hype strategy is no go), with each group of recruits getting several members assigned to them who will teach them and share tips on how to be an AKB48 idol.

If they just recruit now, they're most likely to fade into obscurity, use this opportunity to generate hype for the new recruits as well as the group.

Not only will it generate hype and accelerate the growth of the new recruits, this will strengthen the bushido team spirit, that senpai and kouhai can unite, that you can compete with one another while supporting each other, when one rises so does the other.
