Cirno doesn't smell not because she's self cooling (most living Touhous are self cooling through perspiration which leads to smell), but because she can self cool without sweating. Flan and Remi don't sweat either since they don't need to regulate their body heat, but they do consume blood which means they do have some metabolism leading to smell. Also Flan has the best feet, kunny and butt stink in all of Gensokyo.
