That would actually be pretty interesting to play with in the game itself. Maybe it would be harder to navigate since she pulls you and your bullets somewhere you don't want them to go, or maybe you won't be able to directly attack her because she stops you.
There's a lot of possibilities in these ideas alone, really. The stacking youkai sounds like something ZUN would think of as well.
