In order to get the .cs files to do what you want, you will need to experiment. Up to a point, more different .cs files=more control.

In TPOEditor, the "inverse scaling on children" option under the top right field is important. Without this option checked, when you set a bone to be scaled, whatever bones are considered related to the bone you have selected will also be slightly morphed in order to make the morph look more natural. Selecting the option makes it so only that selected bone will be morphed. I'm not sure if this is entirely accurate from a programming standpoint, but it seems to be a functional way of thinking about it.

Remember to check to make sure your .cs files work after you create them. You don't want to have to go back and find out which .cs file you screwed up in making.
