It's less about the games themselves and more about western 'content creators' milking the everloving shit out of lore, literally creating the whole narrative about it being incredibly deep and complex and intellectual. It went to the point of purposefully misunderstanding certain parts to make it look more obscure and outright denying reality (i.e. the fact that some things are mistranslations or errors due to cut content). It's absolutely surreal to see these people discuss shit that they themselves made up.
Going back to monstergirls, it takes yet ANOTHER layer of denial, goalpost moving and mental gymnastics to make any of fromsoft worlds even remotely unaccepting of mamonos. So in this case we're dealing with retardation that is several times removed from the original stories on both sides, objective reality and common sense in general.

Now, the real question - exactly how would an angry kunoichi express herself? Would her ears stand up? Would her tail start swishing? It's curious to me because they are supposed to be very reserved, so I do like to imagine there are some ways to notice her displeasure before she says anything, plus they like to wear face masks. And no, wrestling you to the ground and raping you is not an answer because it's not a kunoichi-exclusive way to conveying frustration.
