Seems very unlikely to figure that much out so early into reading. I wouldn't say impossible since Ryukishi used twins to deceive the readers in Higurashi and one could immediately suspect Shannon and Kanon because of it, but there's really not enough clues for one to just figure it out and be so confident about it. The large cast creates a lot of possible culprits.
The first quarter of Episode 3 has Shannon mentioning how Battler told her he would ride in on a white horse, but it's only near the end of Episode 4 is where it's hinted about that part of their past being connected to Beatrice.
It's also around the point where Rosa remembers meeting Beatrice and getting her killed, and it being confirmed in red that a Beatrice really did exist and die.
However, one major clue by that point is Kanon's body disappearing in the 1st and 2nd episode. Ryukishi also likes to drop hints and the truth in plain sight that one would normally brush off or forget, so it's possible for one to take note of these.

You could try asking questions about that theory involving knowledge that only comes up in later episodes, to try and poke a hole into it and expose him for spoiling himself.
