Having lived in HK half my life I can assure you it is not the majority. Many casuals (ironically fans of these babby firsts) will quickly point out if they have fake tits or not and dislike them because of that. They do however fail to notice face bogging, I will give you that much. Perhaps it is because of how prevalent make-up techniques are in the east that it is usually put down to makeup/contacts/etc instead of outright bogging, which would require research to confirm, something casuals don't often do.

Her speaking is unique, slightly coarse voice, very casual instead of proper pronounciation, think gyaru voice without the typical dictation.
