Some people like to complain about Ciconia's character designs being "too loaded", but I agree with you.
I guess my favorite character design would ironically still be Bernkastel though. From her dark, long sleeved dresses to her smug grins and her fluffy tail she's become a symbol of hope and despair for me. I also liked Rika's original design so that was a given.
