Anki and tae kim's guide for basic grammar. Google for more specific grammar questions. Maybe not the most efficient way if you're very disciplined about it, but I'm a cheapskate and wanted to jump into reading manga/vn rather than grind through workbooks. With rikaikun and a bit of time, I can get the gist of most things. Speaking and writing are pretty lost causes though.
