Last month I forgot, this month it comes a day early.
Here's July's Tenco ( http://tenco.info/game/2/pov/1/type1/ ) average top ten ladder rating table. This is not a concrete tier list, it is only a representation of how Japanese players perform on the ladder using the characters. I got a new computer and a new spreadsheet program so it isn't as fancy or detailed as the old ones yet.
