I think you guys are misunderstanding it. I'm saying that they have a leading attitude, a tendence to proactivity. That doesn't means they are competent or efficient at that, regardless of how they try. I like that about that type of character. It's totally personal preference, but women who are always strict captivate me. I like how they are easy to anger, and when they get angry they are so cute that it hurts. I can dig why you guys don't like that, though.
