The only tips that I can give you is to restart and look for the 15turns to get 3action fan walkthrough at the alicesoft wiki. Demon King route is easy because all you have to do is defend defend defend and you will magically conquer whole of Japan some turns later.
But it is recommended to at least conquer all your way till Battleship Nagato to unlock Kentarou event so that you can fight Suzaku to a draw unless you like to lose a commander each turn.

Super slowpoke here. Just started this last weekend and finally finish the first playthrough.

As if seeing Yukihime and Kou getting raped wasn't enough, Sill is stuck in ice permanently...
Going through second play game now, is there anyway you can save sill?
