I spent a whole lot of time reflecting on this. In the end I concluded that:
a) Tsubame Gaeshi is a Rank A attack, and can thus harm Berserker. (Similarly to Rank A magic being capable of harming him.)
b) Knowledge of the Foremost Harmony (or however you translate it) stated something like "No matter how many times a special technique is used, it's effectivity doesn't decrease", which would counter Berkerker God Hand's immunity ability.

Boxcutters.
Girls with boxcutters, to be exact.
If they are used to harm other people, all the better.
Preferably the girl should be yandere, too.

It's a fairly spesific fetish, to be frank.
Also, in reality boxcutters perform extremely badly in combat. The blade tends to break due to getting stuck in the human body.
