Honestly, Bismarck is having real trouble keeping up with changing times. She's too weak with her usual double attack setup to be able to do anything to recent bosses with their super high armor values, so you either have to be an absolute madman and give her torp cut-in or bring her mostly as a searchlight+night plane mule.

I saw lots of last dance kill screenshots in these threads this past event that didn't even have a BB in the escort fleet.
