I did, though I've since managed to take her down. I think the main problem with her is the incredibly limited resources, especially as you're learning how the first few cards work. You only have two lives when you start her, and the only way you can get more lives is by not dying. So those first few times you only get two-three chances to learn the cards, and it's a nasty struggle.
It's not so bad when you get the earlier cards down and start on the back three-four cards though, as usually you have a decent amount of lives from the cards and noncards that you're used to.

Though I did only make it to Byakuren once - I've since tried to repeat that to attempt to take her down a few times, but Shou remains ever the roadblock.
