Recently, I realized I could install a local version of booru software (I'm using my.imouto if you're curious) to organize my ridiculous amount of images on my computer and utilize tags.

The problem I'm having is that the my.imouto bookmarklet is either broken to begin with or just doesn't work for me. Also the booru uploader extension (unbuffered.info/danbooruup/) isn't compatible with the most recent version of Firefox...what the hell?

I really wish there was a right-click menu extension that'd open a menu letting you tag said image before it uploads it to your personal booru, but I know shit about that.

Long story short, what do you use to organize your images and how do you make it work for you?

For instance, I'm still new to running booru software so I don't know where my images are on the hdd for when I want to contribute to a dump thread for instance.

Also, the initial incredibly slow uploading of all of your images and tagging them one by one is slowly driving me insane with how tedious it is.
