She is a pretty good starting point, basically just a younger Kongou when it comes to her looks, but with better looking funnels and superstructure and a cute singular raised casemate. The bow-shape is a bit weaker than on Kongous, but it also lacks the flower seal that looks like a yellow anus when viewed from a distance, so that kinda balances it out.
