It's been years since I've checked the material out, but my point was that she sure didn't pop into existence days before that event occurred, she had to live for at least a couple years before that. If it happens every 60 years then she would have to be like 70, or even older than that as you say.

That's arguable, she could have assumed that if she saw it exactly 60 years ago then it might just repeat every 60 years. Despite the memes, she is kinda smart for a fairy.
But it is possible she's seen it happen more than that. Guess we'll never know how old she really is.
