Lots of confusion in this thread! Let me clear it up for you.

The symbol 何 literally means "what" in Japanese. You guys need to be more clear. I got in A in my Japanese class so I know what I'm talking about.

Tips for money-needy NEETs:

Replace incandescent bulbs with CFLs. Just don't break them, because they contain mercury.
Stop using driers for clothes. Do you see the Japanese using driers? Hang most of your stuff outside. Hang your dakimakura in a clean room if you are still self-conscious.
Stop using ACs. Fans use very little electricity.
Stop using heaters. Wear more clothes. Wrap yourself in a blanket.
Get a modern refrigerator. Older ones are very inefficient.
Ever see that Energy Star symbol? That means it uses less electricity than other products.
