This. I was called asocial simply for this fact. I didn't bother to fake assosciate with them since I only considered them as no more than acquaintances. I am a very straight up person and can't be bothered putting up with fake shit. Instead they consider everyone they've met as friends, add them on fb, keep friend-whoring and all other normalfaggotries. There's this issue of fucking peer pressure too (I've noticed this through someone I knew), since they tend to be in big groups, you must be hip with the rest or you won't be "trendy." That's what they call in there since they are being taught mostly britishfagging.

I feel sorry for the dude. We went once shopping for clothes together and he pointed out to me this white columbia parka which is disgustingly everywhere and very old in design. I was cringing hard when he talked about buying it because his classmates think it's the coolest thang ever.
