But I'm not sure how to better phrase it. Maybe that if I am going to love someone like that, I would want them to be longing to be loved and accepting of being loved by me? Or something. It is important, and while I'll agree that determining that would be critical, I am unsure as to how exactly I would go about nailing it down. as for afterlifes, there's a prevailing theory that the "soul" for lack of a better term, basically what exists inside of your mind and is left after your body dies, when your body dies that part goes where you think/want it will go. If you think you are a "good" person, you will go to your concept of heaven. Conceptualized through whatever religious frame you had in life, or if none then just a good place. If you think you are a "bad" person, then likewise but the opposite. So, if we create our own so-called afterlife, it isn't terribly farfetched that if you think you are going or desire to go to a realm to live eternally with your waifu, then you will create that space and reside there. Pardon the woo talk, and sorry if it sounds too new agey, though that sort of idea has been around since antiquity, but I'll admit just typing it was cringy. If my waifu is undecided though, I wonder how that would play out for me.
