It's really simple! Just think of food that you normally eat for lunch and then miniturize the amounts in your bento container. Use lettuce leaves and cupcake papers/silicone cups to separate your foods. That's a basic non cute one. After you master the basics you can start thinking themes for your lunches. Ex. Flower bouquet, 3 little piggies, Mickey Mouse, etc.
