I think the only way to make truly responsible decisions is to make mistakes and regret them.

While I hope that your sister doesn't later interpret this as a mistake (even though I have no evidence or belief that your story is true) I think that either way it will be a good learning experience, relatively speaking. These days, she would probably end up doing something far worse in a middle school bathroom with some boy she doesn't love, or that doesn't love her. At least this way, even if she regrets it as an action, she will be able to know that it was with someone she trusts and (hopefully) would not harm her.
