The Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra is sickeningly happy, as any ska band these bands will be. They're still fun to listen to if you don't take yourself too seriously, and they're another good band for the OP's purposes - despite a few English tracks, many of the others feature very clear, loud singing with an emphasis on the lyrics and grooving to said lyrics. This was already uploaded, not sure why I didn't use it before.

Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. I have no idea how to describe this. I wouldn't really call it ska, though, as their name seems to suggest. They don't really sound like most western ska.
