I found a quick method to master it without practice or effort it but it takes around 5 days.

There is a sleep cycle called uberman. Instead of sleeping 8 hours a day in a single block, you sleep 20 min blocks 6 times a day. It takes around 5 days to get used to.

The sleep becomes so intense during these 20 min that you actually get lucid dreams no matter what. No reality checking or journaling needed.

The issue is that most don't have the endurance to resist the adaptation process. IT is very hard unless you have a spotter that times you.
