It seems weird to me that buildings are just left alone until they absolutely fall apart, sometimes in the middle of a village or even a busy small town.
I would think local government would step in once a building gets dangerously run down?
Can't be very good for the value (If there is any, in some cases they might be next) of surrounding buildings either.
