I tried to make kitsune udon for my Ran. It was suppose to be a tribute for her and hopefully something i could enjoy eating with her. Instead i made an abomination. The taste just didnt feel right and it was sickeningly sweet. Was probably the mirin so i tried to compensate with onions sauce but i added a little too much and it still tasted bad. Didn't even eat it. I hope she can forgive me for my failure...I mean, i like to think that Ran would appreciate that i tried to make her something but it was so bad...
