SZS is a comedy that mostly satirizes Japanese society.

Calling characters moe girls is inaccurate because moe is a feeling you have towards a character, not something the character intrinsically is. The concept of moe anime is also on very shaky ground and has mostly become a way to demonize shows (since almost everyone hates moe or "moe"). It would be a lot more simple and objective to just call things SoL, comedy, drama, sports, harem or whatever they are. Even bishoujo anime would probably be a better term than moe anime.
