ok i'm 95% sure that the file name mean that the original image is a photo from the owner and is not from somewhere on the internet. looking the photo format is probably from a phone, photo shoot with self-timer also that two heart they are definitely from some phone filter, so the original poster is actually the kig himself in the photo... ok so we can speculate that:
