Watched episode 1 of Case Files, that was really fun.
More light hearted than I expected compared to the books, but it's definitely fitting for a younger Waver adventure. Melvin also seems like an amusing character, I look forward to his role in the actual case and to finding out why he's so filthy rich.
If all the anime original episodes are anywhere near this high effort, we have a great show ahead of us.
