Of course they haven't. Japanese companies are all complying with SDGs now which means no more panties in games, most Japanese gacha from now on will be censored. Koei Tecmo seems to be one of the first to also ban fanservice which is why the new Atelier gacha will have none of it. Fanservice will become a thing of the past that only older gacha games have.
