from what i heard, she becomes a furry if she takes it off..

I always imagined Ran as being the true final boss and more powerful than Yukari, like Yukari is just a front for Ran's true power.

It doesn't make sense that some borderbitch can be so powerful as to enslave a 9-tailed fox, who are pretty much the Cthulu of Japanese mythology.

I expect in the second-to-last episode of the touhou anime, the heroines will have a long, drawn out fight with Yukari, and then beat her. As Yukari is laying there on the ground with smoke coming off of her, a gap will open up behind Yukari's beaten body, Ran dressed in an immaculate business suit with all kinds of bling and some sort of new fancy hat will walk out clapping to the heroines, congratulating them for the job they did.

The heroines will be like WHAT and then Ran will say how she was the puppetmaster behind all of Gensokyo and then tell the heroines its their time to die and will go down into fighting stance, then do one of those badass DBZ moves where she flexes and flames fly off her and her suit rips apart due to all her badass muscles and her transforming into her true final giant fox-dragon form.

Then in the final ep they fight and Ran wins but Chen pleads to Phantasm-Ran about how she loves Gensokyo and all it's people and wants everyone to be happy and Ran gives into Chen and has a change of heart and ends up saving the world.

What are some really cool scenes that you hope to see animated in the touhou anime (even if you don't think those scenes will ever have a chance to)?
