I actually wanted to bring something like that up. I'm thinking of adding a "/jp/'s recommended album list" to the pastebin. basically just a link to an album on vocadb and an optional short blurb about what (you) liked about it. it'd ideally be less of a "absolute essentials" list and more of a "great stuff you might've not heard about" list, since I'm not the biggest fan of just telling someone, "here's supercell and unhappy refrain. go away."
as for suggestions, I'd go with Daisan Wave by MikitoP. It's a great mix of pop and rock with excellent tuning and instrumentals.
