So I've managed 3 E3 wins so far, but only managed to kill the boss once. I'm worried I won't be able to break the bar in the last battle. Is it a kuso idea to loadout Main guns on the DDs? Most are using 2 Mains and a Torpedo.

They aren't that useful before the torpedo salvo, but are Main guns just not worth it compared to the extra, huge Torpedo damage?
