I know your joking but Valve is probably the most open-streaming-rights company out there.

I remember there was a whole controversy in the Dota 2 sphere a time back about tournaments broadcasting/commenting rights after the TO's for a tournament were DMCA pro players that were streaming & commentating by themselves, and Valve had to step in and basically proclaim a big "no no no FUCK you, only we have the rights to regulate who streams our game you stupid fucks, and we say our players can broadcast everything and anything".

I know people shilling Valve gets old but in my opinion they're an absolutely based company, or at least they aim to be.
