Sorry to be a party pooper, but you have to resize the cg's and sprites only vertically. CG's are resized from 640x448 to 640x480, and sprites need to have the height increased a 7.1% (sprite.height*480/448) to keep the aspect ratio.

That's because the dumping tool you're using can't get the original filenames from the ps2 game.
