Fletcher farming honestly isn't that bad with the strong friendly fleet. Way better than Hitomi and Graf in my opinion. Considering I made the boss node 39/43 the retreat rate is mostly negligible.
Just don't get the gamby fleet and you would have a high chance to S rank the node.
