I see no reason to make everything palatable for a casual than just wants unga bunga sexo, if they want to they can make changes themselves - it's not as braindead as modding Skyrim, but it's quite possible to change Shinmyoumaru's settings or even comment the check out with like, less than 30 minutes of work.
