Pamela was sacrificed to the dragon you met in the ice cave. she could escape, but froze to death in that cave and became a ghost. her body can be found there too

I can't remember the hole thing, but she was trapped inside a castle in an alternate dimension, being the librarian

she seems to be trapped inside the school grounds, though i'm not far into it and can't say, how she died. i think she said, that she died as a student
