-Ofuyu-san will be implemented in the Winter 2022 Event, scheduled to commence on Feb. 22. Maintenance will begin at 11:00JST. It will be a medium-scale event.
-The 2022 Setsubun Festival has commenced and will last until the Winter 2022 Event maintenance. As before, there are daily and weekly quests that can be completed for beans, which can be exchanged for rare equipment/materials.
-Amagiri has received her Kai-II and Kai-IID remodels. It requires level 84 and 1 BP for Kai-II and level 89 for Kai-IID. Her remodels have increased accuracy against PT Imps and will prioritize attacking them. The ship below and the ship above her in the fleet will also prioritize PT Imps and gain a small accuracy boost against them.
-The Spring 2022 Event will be based on Operation Ten-Gou in which the hotel's Kai-II will show its strength. Start saving bauxite.
-The following items are no longer counted towards the equipment slot cap: Damecons, Riceballs, Canned Sanma, and Fastsuck barrels.
-It is now possible to improve the 21inch 6-tube Bow Torpedo Launched (Initial Model) and 120mm/50 Twin Gun Mount mod.1936 through Akashi's arsenal.
-The December ranking rewards have been distributed. No new equipment was implemented.
-New and returning Setsubun seasonal CGs and voice lines have been implemented. The max ship slots have been increased to 520.
-As of the Feb 28, 2020 maintenance, due to critical DDoS attacks, measures have been taken that requires players from certain countries to use a Japanese IP address to connect to the Login servers. After getting to the start screen it's possible to disconnect from the VPN and continue playing without it. If you still encounter connection issues try clearing your cache and changing your time zone to JST. These countermeasures will remain until further notice. EN EO now bypasses the block. Another possible workaround is using https://github.com/Tibowl/KCCacheProxy
