Which wasn't the case back when Stay Night first came around. Fate, and Type Moon as a whole, was and still is boosted by Saber. Plain and simple. Sure, they have all that other shit now, but not back then. Popularity contests even show it.

Plain and simple, Saber is the reason why Type Moon is where it is.
