There is a write up above for all the Diva/Vocaloid games.

But on PSP Emulation you can play:
Project Diva, Project Diva 2nd, Project Diva Extend, Megpoid The Music

On PS3 Emulation:
Project Diva F, Project Diva F2nd and Dreamy Theater (if you get unlocked save files for that last one)

Yuzu:
Project Diva Megamix and probably Musynx if you can find that.

Other/PC Native:
Project Diva Arcade rips are out there, so that is easy to download but takes a minute to set up.

You can also get PPD which for PC is pretty good. It's Project Diva gameplay, is compatible with mods that can emulate Diva if you like to make menus easier and has a huge selection of original Diva songs and custom charts.

Notable mention:
Project Heartbeat is on Steam. It's like PPD but supposed to be a little more user friendly I think. You can use PPD charts with it.
